Digital Ordinal:

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Process:

  • Orders are facilitated during the sale of the 10,000 Bitcoin ordinals on a private dapp linked to the main OWC website.

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the private dapp.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and cryptocurrency.

Order Confirmation:

  • Purchasers will know they have successfully bought their ordinal based on its visibility within their chosen BTC wallet.

Whitelist:

4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Warranty and Returns

Warranty:

  • Each OWC "Signal" watch comes with a digital ordinal that acts as a warranty.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted for exchanges due to damage upon arrival.

  • Customers must provide valid proof of damage (image/video proof) before the watch is used.

  • The original item must be sent to our office for validation of the damage.

  • Once validated, a replacement watch will be sent to the customer.

Refunds:

  • No refunds are available for the physical item, as it is considered a gift as part of the purchase of the Bitcoin ordinal.
